Needs all sheets plus bartender
Larry arrives at 1:15pm
- participants start arriving at 1:30pm
- Bar open at 1:30pm (signiture drink is a shooter of: White Cacoa & White Cr d Menthe
- First game is 3:30pm Larry will coordinate draws all two end games
- Bar close and departure are approx 10:30pm
- 8 tables of eight are required in lounge (Mark will set up extra tables on Thursday)
- Instruction is required. Dave Smith is also going to be on site to represent the Club for this event.
- Larry will provide pizza supper at approx 5:30pm
