- Maximum 32 participants, anticipating use of 4 sheets
- Arrival time 10am
- 30 minute instruction required @ 10:30 to 11am Generally group are all novice or new curlers - Two x 4 end games planned: 11:00 am and 1:30pm start times. - Group will bring in pizza for lunch @ noon
- Group will organize a closest to button competition over lunch (no Club assistance required for this)
- Bar open from 11am to approx. 3pm
- Departure by 3:30pm
