Instructional Programs

** NEW**  Learn-to-Curl / Rookie League

Learn the basics of curling with an 8-week training program followed by league play for the rest of the season.
Saturdays 10 am -  12 noon weekly; October - April.

This is the program for you if you are:

• new to curling, or
• not curled for some time and want to refresh your skills, or
• have 2 years or less of curling experience

Start Date & Time:  Saturday, October 26^th; 10 am (note: time change)

Fee:
     Learn-to-Curl/Rookie League Program ONLY

• $280 (+hst)
• includes Membership and Program Fee
• unlimited sparing and practice included

    Program Fee with another Membership option (joining other leagues)

• $105 (+hst)

"Curl BETTER" - Advanced Training Clinic (Sundays)
Elevate your game with our "Curl Better" comprehensive 10-week instructional program. This program is tailored for experienced league players who are enthusiastic about trying new positions like second, vice, or skip and are dedicated to becoming more competitive in curling.

• Start Date and Time: Saturday, November 17^th, 11 am - 1 pm
• 10 Sessions: November 17^th - December 15^th; January 5^th - February 9^th (no training on Jan 12^th) 
• Clinic Fee: $50 + hst

Junior Program - Sundays, 6:15 pm
    "Try It Out" free of charge Sunday, October 20^th; 6:15 pm. 
     Pre-registration for Oct 20^th required - email Richard: 

• 12-20 years old (at Dec. 31)
• Program Start Date: Sunday, October 27^th
• Weekly on Sundays; doors open at 6 pm
• Program Fee: $130 + hst**
  
  • ** Fee for the Junior Program does not include playing in an Adult league.  To participate in both the Junior Program and Adult league(s) the fee is $300 + hst.  Select the "Under 30" Membership Type, then select the Junior Program and the desired Adult League(s) under League Selection.

Little Rocks Program - Sundays, 1:30 pm
    "Try It Out" free of charge Sunday, October 20^th; 1:30 pm. 
     Pre-registration for Oct 20^th required - email Camille:

• 6-11 years old (at Dec 31)
• Program Start Date: Sunday, October 27^th
  • runs every other week (approximately) from 1:30-3:00 pm
  • last session will be either Sunday, March 30^th or April 6^th
• Program Fee: $80 + hst per child; equipment provided
• A parent or guardian is required to stay throughout the program
