Due to continuing concerns with Covid-19, we will not be hosting any bonspiels in the fall of 2021. The Board will review the situation after Christmas to determine if it is safe to run bonspiels in the Winter of 2022.

This Concussion Code of Conduct requires participants to review the Ontario Government’s issued Concussion Awareness Resources on an annual basis.
Participants and Parents of Applicants under 18 - please review the age appropriate Concussion Awareness Resources below.

Rowan’s Law was named for Rowan Stringer, a high school rugby player from Ottawa, who died in the spring of 2013 from a condition known as second impact syndrome (swelling of the brain caused by a subsequent injury that occurred before a previous injury healed). Rowan is believed to have experienced three concussions over six days while playing rugby. She had a concussion but didn’t know her brain needed time to heal. Neither did her parents, teachers or coaches.

Mixed Doubles Curling has made an impact on the world stage and is now played in more countries of the world than the traditional game!
Mixed Doubles graduated from a spectator sport to a full medal competition during the 2018 Winter Olympics.
Although the professionals are playing the game in mixed teams, we would like to introduce “Open Doubles” Curling to our members.
We welcome any combination of partners (male/female female/female, male/male) and singles to sign up for the league.
The game is played much quicker than a standard curling game. An entire game can be played in under 90 minutes. Only 5 rocks are thrown per team in each of the eight ends. This helps players develop unique skills and strategies.
If you are new to Doubles Curling … no problem! Curlers of all skill levels can play.
We will offer training to all who are interested.
It’s New, it’s Fun and we hope to see you there!
"Try Curling" for Juniors - Try it out free of charge:
Season Start Date: October 22, 2023
Skills instruction is combined with games and is provided for novice to experienced curlers.

From time to time, older Junior players choose to join an Adult league as well as participate in the Junior Instructional program. In this case the Membership fee is $339 ($300 + hst) for the year. Select the "Under 30" Membership Category when registering.
