This program is perfect for you if you're:

Each session builds on the previous week, ensuring steady progress.

Equipment:
Club equipment (grippers, sliders and brooms) is available to use during the 8 week-training part of the program after which participants are asked to have their own equipment.

**Starter’s Equipment Package:** Our Pro Shop can equip you with a starter’s package for a reasonable price and provides a variety of options for brooms, shoes and other equipment.

Important: In order to keep the ice clean and clear of dirt and fibres (which adversely effects play) we ask the following:

  • If you do not have curling shoes, please bring running shoes with clean soles, ones that have NOT been worn outside;  we suggest thoroughly cleaning the soles of a pair of flat-soled running shoes and use them only for curling.
  • Ensure you have warm, loose clothing made of fabric that does not shed. Layering is ideal.

When playing at SCCC, generally there are 2 draws, one at 8:45 am and the second at 11:15 am. Sign up with your Club Rep the week before for the next week.

To join this league and for more details, contact your Club representative.  For SCCC, contact Jim Agnew.

Cost is $30 to join the league and $10 per game (cash collected the morning of your game).
